We also offer IT Services including time/materials contracts, solution consulting, project-based assistance, rollout planning/implementation, and more. Our team is able to assist with almost any technology project. For example, we worked with a school district in Illinois to deploy 125 new systems and 175 trickle down systems over winter break. The project involved full configuration and software installation of every new system and re-configuration of the trickle down systems. When the students returned from break, they had new systems in the computer labs and teachers had additional systems in their classroom. With another school district we provide additional remote and onsite IT service to the district technology coordinator. Both of these are examples of how MCS works with schools to help them increase the availability of technology to students.
We also provide hosting services including co-location, servers, virtual servers, email, website, email archiving, hosted VoIP, and remote data vaulting. Our hosting solutions use our own data center that allows us the control needed to provide the highest possible quality solutions. We also are able to engineer hosting solutions tailored to your needs. Hosting services provides an excellent way to quickly provide the services your school needs at a fixed monthly cost. We also work with many telecommunication carriers to provide you with options for Internet connectivity, Voice over IP, MPLS, Private Line, and other connection options.
